There are used: micropunch fixed in a holder, an implant with a needle and plasma enriched with thrombocytes. Method includes the following steps: 1. Follicles are taken from the skin of the patient's donor area with said micropunch by puncturing and immersing it substantially at depth of follicle along the direction of hair growth, temporarily placing them into a nutrient medium. 2. Follicles withdrawn at the previous stage are placed in the skin of the patient's recipient area by means of the above implant, for this purpose, it is immersed into the skin of the patient's recipient area at the required angle to a depth substantially corresponding to the length of the follicle.
