An artificial hair implant device is disclosed. The artificial hair implant device according to the present invention has: a body part having a hollow body； a head part in which a head is coupled and fixed to the body, an implant needle is provided to be able to enter and exit the head and has an artificial hair fitted around an end portion thereof that is drawn out from the head, and a return spring is provided between the implant needle and the head and returns the implant needle drawn out from the head back to an original position； and a button part in which a button is movably provided on the body, and a pressing shaft is provided under the button and enters and exits the body, thereby pressing the implant needle, such that the implant needle is drawn out from the head.
