PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently observe the state of the inner wall of a blood vessel over a wide range on a blood vessel diagnosis image and to intuitively recognize a constriction rate or the like at each part of the blood vessel simultaneously.SOLUTION: A CPR image 14 indicating the range of at least a part of the blood vessel is generated from volume data acquired by imaging and is arranged in the predetermined area of a display screen 11C. On the outer side of the area, belt-like state presentation areas 13 and 15 are arranged so as to be parallel to the blood vessel indicated by the CPR image. By analyzing the volume data, index values such as the constriction rate and presence/no presence of plaque are calculated. The calculated index values are replaced with colors (RGB values) by referring to a conversion table. The state presentation areas 13 and 15 are sorted by colors and displayed according to the index values.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】血管の診断画面において、血管の内壁の状態を広範囲にわたり十分に観察することでき、同時に、血管各部における狭窄率等を直感的に把握できるようにする。【解決手段】撮影により取得されたボリュームデータから、血管の少なくとも一部の範囲を表すCPR画像14を生成して、表示画面11Cの所定領域に配置する。その領域の外側に、CPR画像が表す血管と並行するように帯状の状態提示領域13,15を配置する。ボリュームデータの解析により狭窄率、プラークの有無等の指標値を算出する。算出された指標値を変換テーブルの参照により色(RGB値)に置き換える。状態提示領域13,15を、指標値の値に応じて色分け表示する。【選択図】図12
