PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device capable of correctly showing a proper bypass place.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the medical image processing device includes a calculation part, a first specification part, a second specification part, and a display control part. The calculation part calculates a blood flow index of a blood vessel visualized in images. The first specification part specifies a responsible stenosis in the blood vessel on the basis of the distribution of the blood flow index of the blood vessel. The second specification part specifies a bypass place on the blood vessel for connecting a bypass blood vessel for bypassing the responsible stenosis.
