PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently observe the state of the inner wall of a tubular structure over a wide range and to intuitively recognize a constriction rate or the like in respective parts of the tubular structure simultaneously in the diagnostic image of the tubular structure of lungs, such as bronchi or pulmonary blood vessels.SOLUTION: A CPR image 14 indicating the range of at least a part of the bronchus is generated from volume data acquired by imaging, and is arranged in a predetermined area of a display screen 11A. On the outer side of the area, a belt-like state presentation area 13 is arranged so as to be in parallel with the bronchus indicated by the CPR image. By analyzing the volume data, the index value of the constriction rate or the like is calculated. The calculated index value is replaced with a color (RGB value) by referring to a conversion table.
