The driving portion includes a piezoelectric film and is formed on the treatment portion inside the connecting portion. The piezoelectric film has a perovskite structure, with crystals constituting the perovskite structure being oriented in the (100) direction or the (001) direction with a degree of orientation of not less than 60%.
