The present invention relates to a device for transmitting running and turning operation force of a working vehicle. The device includes: a main gear shift lever for controlling a traveling HST to enable forward and rearward gear shifting of a vehicle； and a traveling operation transmitting device for transmitting the operating force of the main gear shift lever to the traveling HST. The traveling operation transmitting device has a link connecting structure composed of one or more arms and rods. Each connecting portion of the link connecting structure has a structure in which a hole and a pin are coupled to each other so as to transmit the operation force while allowing relative rotation. A traveling buffer connection portion is provided in at least one connecting portion to prevent erroneous operation of the main gear shift lever.
