PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasifying device for a sterilization liquid which can reduce the load of a hydrogen peroxide liquid supplying pump while controlling the generation of bubble, attain stabilization of liquid supplying situation, and raise a gasifying efficiency.
SOLUTION: The gasifying device for the sterilization agent comprises a hot wind pipe 3 having an entrance on one end and an exit on the other end respectively, a hot wind source 2 for supplying the hot wind at the temperature capable of gasifyong the sterilization liquid to the entrance, and a spray means for spraying the sterilization agent in the hot wind pipe, wherein the gasifying device for the sterilization agent comprises a spray nozzle 4 having a gas-liquid mixture duplex tube structure in which a spray port is made to face the inside of the hot wind pipe by the spray means. The spray means comprises a tank 12 for storing the sterilization agent, a transport means for transporting the sterilization agent from the tank to the spray nozzle via a guide pipe 13, a throttle means 15 which is disposed in the guide pipe in the downstream of the transport means and maintains a predetermined pressure within the guide pipe in the upstream side, and a pressure detection means 16 disposed between the transport means and the throttle means.
