The present invention provides glucosidase having amino acid sequence described in the fourth sequence in a sequence list. By using the glucosidase of the present invention, waste and expensive purification costs can be reduced by replacing existing chemical methods for decomposing cellulose. In addition, the present invention shows excellent cellulose decomposition activities so that the present invention can be utilized in the feed industry, paper and detergent industries, and a saccharification process of fiber based biomass used for producing raw materials such as petroleum, alternative raw materials, specific functional materials, biopolymers and the likes.본 발명은 서열목록 제4서열에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 가지는 글루코시다아제(glucosidase)를 제공한다. 본 발명의 글루코시다아제를 이용하면, 셀룰로오즈 분해를 위한 기존의 화학적 방법을 대체할 수 있어 폐기물 및 고가의 정제비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 우수한 셀룰로오즈 분해활성을 나타내므로 사료 산업, 제지 및 세제 산업에서는 물론 섬유질계 바이오매스의 당화공정에 활용되어 석유 대체원료, 특수기능물질, 바이오 폴리머 등의 원료를 생산하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
