PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a freezing package of fish/shellfish in which fish/shellfish bodies are prevented from collapse even by vacuum packing, and provide the freezing package of the fish/shellfish.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of freezing package of fish/shellfish includes a step of storing fish/shellfish bodies and packing liquid in a packaging material and making vacuum packing, and a step of freezing vacuum wrapper obtained. The manufacturing method of the freezing package of the fish/shellfish is characterized in that the filling liquid contains salt of 0.5-1.5 mass%. Also, the freezing package of the fish/shellfish includes fish/shellfish bodies, the packaging material for packaging the fish/shellfish bodies, and a filling liquid interposed between the fish/shellfish bodies and the packaging material.
