PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, etc., having an improved operation interface for an operator to control imaging parameters and operation during an inspection session.SOLUTION: An ultrasound diagnostic apparatus acquires ultrasound data by performing ultrasonic scanning of a subject via an ultrasound probe, generates and displays ultrasound images by using the ultrasound data, and is provided with a detection unit, a command generation unit and a control unit. The detection unit detects noncontact input instructions from an operator. The command generation unit generates input commands corresponding to the detected noncontact input instructions.
