The invention relates to the field of medical instrument making, particularly to devices for monitoring physiological parameters, and may be applied to medical diagnostic systems. The invention enables performance of fetal monitoring via remote wireless data transfer in real time mode due to enabling search of fetal heart using the sensor, thanks to its capability to obtain both sound doppler signal and information of record quality and diagnostic parameters being formed directly from the intelligent sensor, and also due to enabling accumulation and storage of data obtained in the course of monitoring and processed within the sensor thanks to equipping the device with nonvolatile memory. Digital processor 7 is connected to synchronizer 1 wired to input of power amplifier 2. Output of power amplifier 2 is wired to ultrasound converter 3, which in turn is serially connected via input amplifier 4 and analog-digital converter 5 to input of digital processor 7. Outputs of digital processor 7 are wired to display 12 and digital-analog converter 10, which is connected to speaker 11. Digital processor 7 is bidirectionally connected to digital transceiver 9 and control panel 8. Digital processor 7 is enabled to perform automatic analysis of ultrasound signal loss and analysis of measurement and conversion results in doppler frequency range using pitch-shifting technique.
