PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic that exhibits unprecedentedly high effects in a moist feeling, spreadability when applied, gloss and a transparent feeling after applied and is excellent in impact resistance and designability of external appearances.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the solid powder cosmetic containing the following components (A)-(E) includes pressure-molding under vibration of a frequency of 10-40 kHz and an amplitude of 10-100 &mum.
