The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an orthodontic instrument for lingual retraction, in which a model of the oral cavity of a patient formed with the brackets fastened to the teeth of the patient is used to manufacture the orthodontic instrument for the lingual retraction of teeth. The method for manufacturing an orthodontic instrument for lingual retraction according to the present invention comprises: a wire alignment step of aligning a first wire mountable on the brackets along a bracket model on the model of the oral cavity of the patient which includes a model of a set of teeth of the patient and the bracket model, which is formed integrally with the teeth model and which corresponds to the brackets and a wire-fixing step of fixing a second wire connectible to a retraction member to the first wire. According to the present invention, the orthodontic instrument for lingual retraction, which is suitable for the structure of the oral cavity of the patient and which has an accurate shape and structure, may be easily manufactured, and the spacing of teeth can be performed prior to lingual retraction to enable the easy three-dimensional correction of irregularities in teeth.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication dun instrument orthodontique pour une rétraction linguale, dans lequel un modèle de la cavité buccale dun patient formé avec les boîtiers orthodontiques fixés aux dents du patient est utilisé pour fabriquer linstrument orthodontique pour la rétraction linguale des dents.
