PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic device and an image processing device that are capable of improving image discrimination based on a thumbnail.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device comprises a monitor, and a display control unit. The monitor displays a parallax image group generated by performing volume rendering processing while moving a viewpoint position by a predetermined parallax angle, thereby displaying a stereoscopic image as a stereoscopically-viewable image.
