The present invention relates to a skin external agent composition containing an extract of green tea manufactured by an extreme light-shading cultivation method which is differentiated from a conventional light-shading cultivation method for green tea, and more particularly, to a skin external agent composition which contains an extreme light-shading green tea extract with a remarkably enhanced content of amino acid by cultivating with 99% or more of the light-shading cultivation, thereby obtaining relatively excellent effects such as skin moisturizing, skin protecting, and anti-aging.본 발명은 기존 녹차의 차광 재배와 차별화된 극차광 재배 방법을 통해 생산된 녹차 추출물을 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 99% 이상의 차광 재배로 재배함으로써 아미노산 함량이 현저하게 증가된 극차광 녹차의 추출물을 함유하여, 보다 우수한 피부 보습, 피부 보호, 항노화 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
