The harvesting assembly includes a plurality of nozzles configured to remove egg liquid from the egg. The nozzle is configured to rotate from a vertically off-axis angular position toward a vertical position. The suction assembly is in fluid communication with a nozzle for collecting egg fluid from the egg.
