The present invention relates to compositions of inhalation drugs, produced in the form of a dry powder for inhalation, delivered through an inhaler, with high deliverability, respirable and stable. In particular, the invention relates to medicaments in powder form for inhalation use, comprising a first powder containing at least one powder (a1) containing the active substance or its pharmacologically acceptable salt in an amount of more than 1 wt.% By weight of the said powder, leucine. in the amount of from 5 to 70 wt.% by weight of the above-mentioned powder, and sugar in the amount of from 20 to 90 wt.% by the weight of the above-mentioned powder, and the second powder containing a mixture of the first lactose powder with a median particle size distribution of X5 0 from 35 to 75 microns and the second lactose powder with a median particle size distribution X50 from 1.5 to 10 microns, with the content of said first and second powders in said mixture being from 85 to 96% and 4 to 15% respectively.
