Disclosed are a Y-shaped splint for orthognathic surgery, and a method of fabricating same. A Y-shaped splint for orthognathic surgery and a method of fabricating same according to an embodiment of the present invention relate to upper and lower jaw corrective surgery. The method is a method (S100) of fabricating a Y-shaped splint for orthognathic surgery, which set the upper jaw and lower jaw at corrected positions during upper and lower jaw corrective surgery, and comprises the steps: a) generating a cranial 3D image file and a tooth region 3D image file of a patient (S110) b) integrating the cranial 3D image and the tooth region 3D image to generate an integrated image (S120) c) cutting out the temporomandibular joint at a region to correct in the integrated image and running a correcting simulation (S130) d) after the correcting simulation, generating the shape of a Y-shaped splint constituted of a fixing portion, a horizontal supporting portion, a vertical supporting portion, and a fastening portion (S140) and e) fabricating a Y-shaped splint by using shape data on the generated Y-shaped splint (S150).Linvention concerne une attelle en forme de Y pour une chirurgie orthognathique, et son procédé de fabrication.
