Provided are a rice burger coated with buns and a manufacturing method of the same. The manufacturing method of the rice burger coated with buns of the present invention includes the steps of: coating at least one selected among water, an edible oil, and an egg to prevent a grain of steamed rice from being stuck in a mold, to maintain a taste of steamed rice by continuously maintaining a water content of steamed rice and to improve preservation; selecting at least one main ingredient among rice, barley, millet, glutinous rice, black rice, and corn and mixing the selected one with at least one auxiliary ingredient selected among brown rice, bean, red bean, adlay, chestnut, pumpkin, garlic, nuts, Schisandra, and Cassia tora and steaming to prepare steamed rice and then filling a mold with the steamed rice; filling a mold with the steamed rice and applying pressure to manufacture the steamed rice having a shape of the mold and separating from the mold; using flour as a main ingredient and selecting at least one among glutinous rice flour, starch flour, corn flour, nut powder, brown rice flour, bean flour, black source powder, curry powder, dried meat powder, fish (anchovy and so on) powder, and vegetable powder, seafood powder and mixing, based on 100 parts by weight of the selected auxiliary ingredient, 30 to 300 parts by weight of at least one selected among water, milk, green tea, Schisandra tea, Cassia tora tea, and coffee to the extent that the mixture can be sprayed, and adding 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one selected among yeast, rice wine, and baking powder to the mixture and aging the mixture at room temperature for more than 30 minutes and coating or spraying the aged mixture to a surface of steamed rice separated from the mold; manufacturing rice buns by steaming, grilling or frying steamed rice; and inserting side dishes and a patty between a pair of buns.빵으로 코팅된 밥버거 및 그 제조방법이 소개된다.본 발명의 빵으로 코팅된 밥버거 제조방법은, 형틀에 밥풀이 묻는 것을 방지하고, 밥의 수분 함유량을 지속적으로 유지
