The present invention mainly comprising the following steps: to acquire a breast 3D image which is constituted by stacking a plurality of breast profile image files, confirming the breast image blocks in each of the breast profile image files in the breast 3D image, confirming and calculating the image areas of mammary gland image block area and non-mammary gland image block area corresponding to the breast image blocks in each of the breast profile image files in the breast 3D image, finally, calculating the ratio of the total mammary gland image block area to the total non-mammary gland image block area for all the breast profile image files of the breast 3D image, the ratio is used as a basis for judging whether the testee belongs to the population susceptible to mammary gland disease.本發明主要取得由複數乳房剖面圖像檔堆疊構成之乳房3D圖像,並經確認上述乳房3D圖像當中各乳房剖面圖像檔內之乳房影像區塊,以及確認並計算上述乳房3D圖像當中各乳房剖面圖像檔中對應於乳房影像區塊內之乳腺影像區塊面積及非乳腺區塊面積的圖像面積,最後計算上述乳房3D圖像所有乳房剖面圖像檔之乳腺影像區塊面積總合與非乳腺影像區塊面積總合之比值,供做為判斷受測者是否屬於易罹患乳腺病症族群之依據。
