PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and composition for expressing one or more products of an exogenous nucleic acid sequence (i.e., proteins or RNA molecules) integrated into Zp15 gene in a plant cell.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an exogenous nucleic acid sequence introduction method, wherein integration of the exogenous nucleic acid sequence into a Zp15 gene is facilitated by targeted double-strand cleavage of the genome in the selected Zp15 locus.
