PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement body unit of a cleaning pipe with easy handling, accomplishing miniaturization and light weight, and a cleaning method of soil using this. SOLUTION: One fluid circulation pipe 2 and one air feeding pipe 3 are arranged in parallel and a plurality of contractable/expandable balloon chambers 4, 4 are provided on both fluid circulation pipe 2 and the air feeding pipe 3 while vertically leaving them. An air exit/entrance port 5 communicated with the respective balloon chambers 4, 4 is formed on the air feeding pipe 3 and the vertically lengthy movement body unit 1 formed with a fluid exit/entrance port 6 opened between the respective balloon chambers 4, 4 is provided on the fluid circulation pipe 2. The vertically lengthy cleaning pipe 11 buried in the soil and having a communication hole 13 penetrating a peripheral wall on the peripheral wall is provided and the movement body unit 1 is slidably fitted into the cleaning pipe 11.
