The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a lateral angle of spine. The apparatus for measuring a lateral angle of spine according to the present invention comprises: a measurement plate detachably attached to the outer circumferential surface of a container body in which water can be stored； a first measurement bar installed on the front surface of the measurement plate so as to be rotatable in the left and right direction； a second measurement bar installed on the front surface of the measurement plate so as to be rotatable in the left and right direction, and installed at an upper portion or a lower portion of a first measurement arrow； a detachment means provided on the back surface of the measurement plate； and a scale printed on the front surface of the measurement plate for measuring an angle formed by the first measurement bar and the second measurement bar, which are rotated in the left and right direction on the front surface of the measurement plate. The first measurement bar measures a reference point in a state in which water stored in the container body is horizontal, and the second measurement bar measures an angle at which the water is inclined when the container body is placed on the back of a patient for measuring the degree of the lateral side of the spine.
