The present invention relates to an externally-applied dermal preparation composition containing an extract of green tea produced through an extreme shading cultivation method, which is differentiated from existing shading cultivation of green tea and, more specifically, to an externally-applied dermal preparation composition, which contains an extract of extreme shade green tea having a remarkably increased amino acid content by cultivating green tea under shading of 99% or more, thereby obtaining more excellent skin moisturizing, skin protecting, and anti-aging effects.本發明涉及一種含有綠茶萃取物的皮膚外用劑組合物，所述綠茶是藉由與現有綠茶的遮光栽培方法有差別的極度遮光栽培方法生產的，更詳細而言，涉及一種含有極度遮光栽培的綠茶的萃取物而能夠獲得更加優異的皮膚保濕、皮膚保護、抗老化等效果的皮膚外用劑組合物，所述極度遮光栽培的綠茶是藉由遮光率為99%以上的遮光栽培來進行栽培，從而使得氨基酸含量得到顯著增加。
