More specifically, the present invention relates to a carbon group antimicrobial agent composition comprising carbon group nanoparticles which are surface modified by one or more selected from the group consisting of boric acid, water, an alkoxy group, and a carboxyl group, and a preparation method of the carbon group antimicrobial agent composition, the preparation method comprising: a) a carbon group nanoparticle preparing step of preparing carbon group nanoparticles in which an oxide layer of 0.5 nanometer or less is formed; b) a substitution material mixing step of mixing one or more selected from the group consisting of an aqueous boric acid solution, an aqueous organic solvent solution, an alcohol, and a carboxylic acid with the oxide layer-formed carbon group nanoparticles; and c) an ultrasonic irradiation step of irradiating ultrasonic waves onto a substitution material-mixed mixture prepared through the substitution material mixing step b).
