PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition that can give skin resilience and a puffy feeling.SOLUTION: An emulsion composition has a liquid crystal structure at a product temperature of 25°C, and also has a structure showing a needle-like crystallinity when observed under the cross-nicol condition by polarization microscopy.
