PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition exhibiting good foaming property and foam quality (creamy texture), giving no slimy feeling during rinsing a skin, giving superior moist feeling of a skin after dried with a towel, and having superior low-temperature stability.SOLUTION: The skin detergent composition contains a fatty acid and its potassium salt by 15 to 40 mass% in total. In a mass ratio, the fatty acid to the potassium salt of the fatty acid is 10:90 to 2:98.
