PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fish boiling device which drastically reduces the amount of steam rising up from a boiling pot and charged in a chamber to improve working environment, reduces the amount of water to be used, does not generate half-cooked fish or does not cause boiling over of cooking liquid without giving attention to adjustment of the amount of steam fed to heat-exchanging piping in the boiling pot, prevents dead insects from coming to be mixed in the boiling pot, and also reduces the used amount of fuel for generating steam to be fed to the heat-exchanging piping for retaining the temperature of the cooking liquid.SOLUTION: A small fish boiling device includes: a lid part which covers the opening of a boiling pot for boiling small fishes and has prescribed airtightness on the boiling pot a packing which is set to the side of the boiling pot on the lid part and abuts to the edge part of the boiling pot and a fixing tool with which the boiling pot and the lid part are fixed to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 煮沸釜から立ち上り室内の充満する蒸気の量を大きく低減して作業環境を改善することができるとともに使用する水の量を削減することができ、そして、煮沸釜内の熱交換用の配管に送る蒸気量の調整に注意を払わなくても小魚の生煮えや煮汁の吹きこぼしを起こすことなく、また、煮沸釜に害虫の死骸が混入することを防ぎ、さらに、煮汁の温度を保つために熱交換用の配管に送る蒸気を発生させる燃料の使用量を削減することができる小魚煮沸装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 小魚を煮沸する煮沸釜の開口を覆い、前記煮沸釜に対して所定の気密性を有する蓋部を備えることを特徴とする小魚煮沸装置、また、前記蓋部における前記煮沸釜側に設けられ、前記煮沸釜の縁部と当接するパッキンと、前記煮沸釜と前記蓋部を固定する固定具を備える前記の小魚煮沸装置により解決することができた。【選択図】図1
