PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching exercise machine that enables a user to simply lay it on a floor surface and store it, and can be stored smoothly and compactly without rolling up of internal mechanisms when storing the machine.SOLUTION: A stretching exercise machine 1 of the present invention includes a pillow part 2 where a head of a user U can be placed, a sheet part 8 connected to the pillow part 2 and capable of placing a treatment part of the user U, an air back 9 for making the treatment part perform stretching exercise, and a driving mechanism 10 for driving the air back 9.
