PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation apparatus for an independent muscular exercise capable of carrying out an independent muscular exercise by which an exercise function can be recovered by moving hands or legs in accordance with an intention of a person.SOLUTION: The rotation apparatus includes a pedestal 4 provided on a floor surface and a rotating body 8 arranged so as to be horizontally rotatable relative to the pedestal 4.
