An ECG measuring device for use in a vehicle is disclosed. The ECG measuring device is configured to be assembled on a steering wheel of a vehicle for detecting the state of the drivers heart and further transmitting a detecting result to a monitoring and alarm device, such as a smart phone, navigation device, PDA, and etc., for analyzing and displaying the detecting result. The ECG measuring device includes a wrap body, a sensing module, a processing module and a signal transmitting module. Two sensing units of the sensing module are disposed on an external surface of the body for respectively capturing a first physiological signal and a second physiological signal of the driver. The processing module converts the first physiological signal and the second physiological signal into an ECG signal and further transmits the ECG signal to the monitoring and alarm device via the signal transmitting module.
