PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for pulverizing a cremated bone piece to such a state that the pulverized cremated bone piece is unrecognizable as the bone piece and is scattered as ashes since a recognition degree to ashes scattering increases and people who wishes to scatter ashes increases however cremated bones after cremation have a bone piece shape and there is a problem in scattering the cremated bones as it is.SOLUTION: The apparatus for pulverizing a cremated bone piece is constituted of a cover 11 and a body 13. Each inside of the cover 11 and the body 13 is formed in a recessed shape so as to form one housing part 15 inside when the cover 11 covers the body 13, and further a pulverizing stirring device 2 which has a driving source 21, a support rod 24 and a rotary blade 25 as main elements is provided at the cover 11.
