PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drill a bone without involving a mucosal membrane and to prevent the dislocation of holes between the mucosal membrane and the bone after drilling.SOLUTION: A medical treatment tool 1 includes a frame body 10 having a guide piece 12 that guides a shaft 3 mounted on a handpiece 2 so as to be rotatable about a shaft axis and movable along a shaft axial direction, and a plurality of protruding needles 11 protruding from the distal end 10a of the frame body 10.
