PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant capable accurately and quickly installing the implant at a bone defective part.SOLUTION: An implant 1 is a member for covering a bone defective part formed by cutting a bone body. The implant 1 includes: an implant body 5 consisting of a metal material and having a plate-like shape and a positioning part 2 for positioning the implant body 5 and the bone defective part, with the bone defective part covered. The positioning part 2 consists of a positioning projection part 21 that is formed by projecting to a surface 51 on a back side of the implant body 5.
