PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stand device capable of binding a drape tightly.SOLUTION: Since a lower arm 9 has a cylindrical shape and upper arms 17, 18 are stored therein, only the lower arm 9 is seen as an appearance, and a drape P can be bound tightly to the lower arm 9.
