PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fermented milk food having a uniform and smooth texture by restraining aggregates and precipitation formed in producing the fermented milk food containing milk ingredients, hyaluronic acid, and collagen and/or gelatin.SOLUTION: One or more kinds of carrageenan selected from a group consisting of &lambdacarrageenan, &iotacarrageenan, &kgr2 carrageenan, and carrageenan containing a &mu component and a &ngr component is added as a stabilizer.
