PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor for utilizing an injection syringe having a subcutaneous injection port or a pen type syringe in order to feed out a medicine through the injection port, and to provide a method for using the adaptors.SOLUTION: The injection syringe adaptor has a main body having a first end section and a second end section. The first end section of the main body is accepted by the end section of the injection syringe in such a manner that the cannula of the injection syringe may be held at a position being fixed to the adaptor, and is engaged with the end section of the injection syringe. The second end section of the adaptor is fitted in the mating portion of the injection port. When the second end section of the adaptor is engaged with the fitting section of the injection port, the adaptor ensures the proper alignment of the cannula of the injection syringe with the subcutaneous injection port, and ensures the penetration of the cannula through the injection port to a suitable depth. The adaptors for being used together with the pen style delivery system is disclosed as well.
