Provided is a supply chain (SC) evaluation device including: a functional part that forms an SC model by separating operations of respective corporations that form an SC into discrete events; a functional part that defines activity rules for the respective corporations, with the defined rules including data items including a status value to be monitored, an activity rule implementation condition, and an activity logic to be applied; a functional part that produces all the possible patterns for replacement of corporations in the SC model and replacement of activity rules, as a plurality of simulation patterns; a functional part that executes simulation for an SC model corresponding to each of the simulation patterns, executes an event corresponding to each of the discrete events in the SC model in the simulation and produces an event for the activity logic to be applied when the status value under monitoring satisfies the activity rule implementation condition in the process of the simulation; and a functional
