PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval element for acquiring tissue or inorganic element from a body.SOLUTION: A pre-forming member is disposed to form a catch basket shape 11, a device further includes a loop, the shape of an additional pre-forming member includes an optional combination, and the loop forms a cauterizing snare 22. The distal end of the pre-forming member forming a cauterizing loop forms the catch basket.
