PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator with which more accurate measurement can be performed, a manufacturing method of the collimator and an X-ray CT apparatus.SOLUTION: A collimator comprises first planar parts which are disposed while being spaced apart from each other, and second planar parts which are disposed while being spaced apart from each other in a direction crossing the first planar parts. The first planar part includes a first slit formation member 11a in which a plurality of first slits are formed, a second slit formation member 11b which is disposed at a side opposed with the first slit formation member 11a and in which a plurality of second slits are formed, and an adjusting member 11c which is provided between the first slit formation member 11a and the second slit formation member 11b.
