An accessory (200) for an injection device (100) having a needle cap (190). The accessory (200) comprises a body portion (202) comprising a recess (220) adapted to receive the injection device (200) and a cover (204) coupled to the body portion (202). The cover (204) is pivotally moveable between an open position and a closed position. The accessory (200 further comprises a cap remover (234) comprising a grip adapted to hold the needle cap (190). The body portion (202) comprises a track (258) within which the cap remover (234) is arranged to move axially with respect to the body portion (202). The track (258) is adapted such that when the injection device (100) is located in the body portion (202) the cap remover (234) is held against the track (258) by the injection device (100).L'invention concerne un accessoire (200) pour un dispositif d'injection (100) ayant un capuchon d'aiguille (190).
