An accessory (200) for an injection device (100) having a needle cap (190). The accessory (200) comprises a body portion (202) comprising a recess (220) adapted to receive the injection device (100) and a cover (204) coupled to the body portion (202). The cover (204) is pivotally moveable between an open position in which the recess (220) is exposed to receive the injection device (100), and a closed position in which the cover (204) at least partially closes the recess to hold the injection device (100) in the body portion (202). The accessory (200) further comprises a cap remover (234) comprising a grip adapted to hold the needle cap (190).
