PURPOSE: A producing method of dduckalbi(grilled short rib patties) using gelatinized rice is provided to remove the unique smell of beef or pork using the gelatinized rice, and to reduce the sweet or salty taste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dduckalbi(grilled short rib patties) using gelatinized rice comprises the following steps: gelatinizing rice, and drying to reduce the water content less than 20wt%; crushing the dried gelatinized rice, to obtain powder; mixing 1,000parts of cut beef or port by weight, 10~80parts of gelatinized rice powder by weight, and 125~660parts of seasoning by weight; and packing the mixture, and storing in a refrigerator.
