The present invention relates to an intelligent bone cutting device and a method thereof. The intelligent bone cutting device comprises a connection mechanism. One end of the connection mechanism is connected to a mechanical arm, and the other end is fixed to a connection base. The connection base is connected to another connection base via a servomotor, and a knife-connection base with a rotary knife is arranged on the other connection base. In addition, the present invention utilizes two force sensors for respectively sensing a force of cutting bone and a force applied from a user. Three servomotors are further utilized for achieving a motion with three degrees of freedom. Such that, the intelligent bone cutting device can be precisely manual-fine-tuned when being utilized for cutting a bone on a bone surface.
