The invention relates to a mobile wood processing machine for processing the edge region of a furniture plate made of wood or a wood material, wherein a roller conveyor (2) is arranged on a frame (1), having a plurality of transport rolls (3) or transport rollers, and wherein at least one processing tool is positioned laterally of the roller conveyor (2), wherein said machine is designed such that the processing tool consists of a polishing disc which receives a polishing means and which protrudes beyond the top side of the roller conveyor (2) facing away from the frame (1) opposite the roller conveyor (2) in order to contact the edge region of the furniture plate.
