The device comprises a fastening part installed at the inlet of the container containing ingesta through a fastening means； a sterilizing part having a sterilization module with a sterilizing unit therein installed at an upper part of the fastening part and emitting ultraviolet rays through the sterilization means； and an inner cap installed in the fastening part and operating the sterilization means when the upper part of the container is in close contact therewith, thereby being used as a cap for the container without a separate body.
