The present invention provides a method for preparing a chitosan oligosaccharide composition which increases the content of chitosan disaccharide having excellent effects in reducing the glycated hemoglobin level and blood glucose level and has excellent thermal stability. The method for preparing a chitosan oligosaccharide composition of the present invention comprises the steps of: adding chitosan into distilled water to swell the chitosan first treating the chitosan with chitosanase to prevent a chitosan solution from being viscous, and then adding an organic acid to a mixture solution of the chitosan and the chitonase in multiple portions at intervals of time allowing the chitosan, the chitosanase, and the organic acid to react with one another and inactivating the chitosanase and obtaining a chitosan oligosaccharide composition. Further, the present invention provides a medicinal product or a health functional food which is devoid of monosaccharide, has at least 40 wt% of disaccharide, shows excellent effects in reducing the glycated hemoglobin level and blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes, and thus is effective in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer une composition doligosaccharide de chitosane qui augmente la teneur de disaccharide de chitosane ayant dexcellents effets dans la réduction du taux dhémoglobine glyquée et du taux de glycémie et a une excellente stabilité thermique.
