PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical aid and a medical instrument which can reduce the pains felt, for example, at fluid administration or blood sampling by a syringe, and also be handled easily and surely with one hand.SOLUTION: A medical aid 2 comprises: a body part 4 for supporting a syringe 3 and provided with an applying part 42 having a contact face 421 brought into contact with a target site of a living body surface a vibration mechanism 5 for vibrating the applying part 42 a switch 6 for starting the actuation of the vibration mechanism 5 and a vibration easing mechanism 7 for restraining the vibration of the applying part 42 from being transmitted to the syringe 3.
