PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting device that can securely feed an object to be transplanted to a planting implement repeatedly moving in the vertical direction.SOLUTION: The planting device includes: the planting implement 28 for planting an object to be transplanted a link mechanism 29 having a first swing link 51 which swings in a prescribed direction, and a second swing link 53 whose one end is connected to the first swing link with the other end connected to the planting implement and which swings in a different prescribed direction a first swinging member 54 for actuating the first swing link and a second swinging member 55 for actuating the second swing link. The distal end of the planting implement is made to move along a loop-shaped static trajectory as the first swinging member and the second swinging member actuate the first swing link and the second swing link respectively.
